Telesales agent (f/m/d)
Location: Croatia (Hybrid)

About your future role
In this position, you will: 
Engage customers through outbound calls to introduce Nexi’s products and service, 
Confidently and clearly present features and benefits of our products and services to our clients,  
Ask insightful questions to understand customer requirements and close sales effectively,  
Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell relevant solutions, 
Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in our database, 
Collaborate with the outbound sales team by passing on qualified leads, 
Handle customer concerns with empathy and professionalism, 
Follow up with clients via email to ensure satisfaction and continuity, 
Keep detailed records of interactions and insights to support future sales.

Essential Qualifications: 
High school diploma or higher 
Minimum 2 years of experience in telesales or customer service 
Strong verbal and written communication skills 
Proficiency in CRM systems and sales tools 
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
