Project manager – energy (m/ž)
An opportunity awaits you as Project Manager - Energy, reporting to Vice President Energy Projects. In this role, you will play a part in our high achieving execution team, delivering essential products and services for our business.
As the Project Manager - Energy you are accountable for delivering Energy projects through the entire project lifecycle from start up to aftermarket handover with full ownership of Scope, Schedule, Risk and P&L to our customers and internal stakeholders.  You are part of a new and developing project management function responsible for delivering Energy systems and products across multiple vessel types, configurations, and segments to the maritime industry. You will lead a multidisciplined project team of experienced and motivated individuals to achieve our internal and external obligations of the KM Energy strategy.

Responsibilities:
Accountable for project execution in accordance with contractual obligations, project budget, and schedules in compliance to the energy framework and company procedures. 
Manage and lead projects to foster an integrated and motivated team in accordance with KM ethics and values. 
Responsible for resourcing, planning, budgeting and achieving project objectives according to the project mandate. 
Establish a continuous improvement culture by means of team building, identifying critical success factors and managing risk to achieve project goals. 
Prepare internal and external periodic reporting to include stakeholder management.
Qualifications and experience:
Degree qualified in Business, Project Management or Engineering Discipline.  
Minimum 4 years of experience in Project / Engineering environment in the Maritime or Energy Industry. 
Self-starter with the ability to identify risks and opportunities and commit to decisions. 
Strong interpersonal, communication and leadership skills.
You are able to:
Provide your team with a clear direction, inspire and coordinate others and keep them focused on set goals.
Comply to company rules and procedures and execute plans with commitment and determination.
Use a methodical and systematic approach, plan, define clear priorities and allocate resources effectively.
Analyse complex issues and problems and come up with rational judgments.
Communicate in a clear, precise, and structured way.
Co-operate well with others, share knowledge, experience, information and support others in the pursuit of team goals.
