WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU
Bachelor's degree in technical field 
Minimum 2 years of experience in a managerial position in maintenance preferred 
Category B driver’s license
AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY
Organizes and manages the technical department within the PC in an efficient and profitable manner 
Leads, motivates, and trains the team to ensure quality performance 
Plans maintenance activities and energy resources of the PC for annual budget planning purposes 
Monitors maintenance and energy costs in line with the approved budget 
Ensures timely technical preparation of facilities for the season within approved resources 
Understands and applies the department’s SOPs 
Understands and applies occupational health and safety measures
Planned start date: April 2026.
