Our product is used in more than 300 car dealerships of Peugeot, Citroen, DS, KIA, Hyundai, Mercedes Benz, Nissan, Jaguar Land Rover in 4 countries in Europe. 
Job Description 
We are looking for a QA tester / first line support to join our office in Sarajevo. 
As Quality Assurance tester, you will participate in testing and transforming questions, issues, change requests into clear leads, bugs, change request reports for the development team and you will work on improvements and new functionalities of Claire’s web application. 
You should feel comfortable working with cloud applications and have good communication skills. 
Key Responsibilities:  
Testing Claire web/mobile application and working as first line support 
Analyze incoming tickets and issues reported by customers, answer them or escalate to development team making the ticket with clear steps how to reproduce the bug 
Work closely with the Product Owner and development team to bring ideas on how to improve the quality of the product. 
Promote teamwork and knowledge transfer among peers. 
Create user documentation and internal best practice manuals for our application 
Requirements  
Minimum 1 year of experience in testing SaaS applications 
Excellent communication skills 
Must be a self-starter with ability to work with minimal supervision 
An obsession for high-quality deliveries 
Passion for improving skills and learning new technologies 
Understanding of web fundamentals, networking and the underlying technologies 
Excellent judgment, organizational, and problem-solving skills 
Knowledge of the Scrum methodology is a plus 
Fluency in English, both written and spoken 
Knowledge of Dutch or French is a plus
