Your ‘day to day’:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients.
Meet and exceed sales targets consistently in multicategory environment.
Utilize data analytics to identify sales opportunities and trends.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
Continuously seek out ways to improve sales strategies and processes.
What we are looking for:
Bachelor's degree completion
Fluent in English
Driver's license B category
Proven sales experience, preferably in the FMCG industry
Proven collaboration skills
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Results driven mindset and motivation to exceed sales targets
Analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions
Seeking out new ways to differentiate products, improve processes and enhance the overall customer experience
Open-minded and adaptable to changing market dynamics
